Novotel Muenchen City

During my Christmas stay, I loved the modern and stylish design of the hotel. The staff was extraordinary, providing excellent customer service and being helpful with all my inquiries. The continental breakfast offered a varied selection of delicious options. the location was superb, with easy access to the metro and within walking distance to several restaurants and attractions.

The temperature in my room dropped during the night, making the air chilly and affecting my throat. Another downside was the lack of personality in the surrounding area and its distance from the city.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Good location, close to city center and S-Bahn. Lovely and spacious suite with balcony. Modern hotel and good breakfast.

Not one thing.

We loved this place! It's located just outside of the busy touristy centre, in a not so pretty area but in the 'low-emission' zone that requires a special sticker. The rooms are well equipped with everything you need, such as tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and soundproofed walls. The staff is incredibly helpful and willing to bring anything you need quick upon request at the reception desk. The leisure facilities were amazing with an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna, and there are even sun loungers available on the sun terrace.

The only recommendation we have is to stay here! This hotel is a great choice for anyone visiting this city, and we would definitely come back.

The breakfast at Novotel was fantastic, with plenty of options to choose from. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The hotel location was convenient for accessing public transportation.

Conveniently located near public transportation and city center, with spacious and clean rooms. Friendly and attentive staff, allowing for late luggage storage. Breakfast offers a variety of vegetarian options. Ideal for families with a large lobby/bar/restaurant and playroom for kids. Good dinner menu and access to computers.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk to the metro station and in a quiet neighbourhood by the river with a very nice walk around. The staff service was excellent, always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was impressive with a good variety of options. The room was spacious and comfortable with a modern and well-maintained bathroom.

I recently stayed at Novotel in Munich for 5 nights. The hotel provided excellent value for the money with new, clean and modern rooms, as well as air conditioning which was much appreciated in the hot weather. The indoor pool was a wonderful way to cool down after sightseeing, and the breakfast had a good variety of choices. The staff were polite and accommodating, and the hotel's location was convenient, close to S-Bahn and dining options.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The hotel is well-positioned and has great facilities. I had a spill in my room and was immediately moved to an upgraded room at no extra cost. Breakfast was excellent and the kiddies play area kept my little ones entertained. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the city center and the metro stop. It's also easily accessible from the airport, making it convenient for business travelers. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic with a wide variety of choices. a great hotel for a longer term stay in Munich.

The only downside was that the reception desk could be better managed, resulting in longer wait times during check-in and when picking up luggage after check-out.

Convenient location, just a few minutes away from the train station and a supermarket nearby for convenience. Good breakfast with a variety of food options.

Room was small for a family of four, there wasn't enough space to move around comfortably. The sofa bed wasn't set up upon arrival, causing inconvenience and a late check-in.

Great location near public transport to the airport. Modern and comfortable with free Wi-Fi, coffee, and tea. Elaborate breakfast spread and friendly staff. highly recommended for fair prices and excellent service. A special thanks to Victoria for her kindness.

The staff here are wonderful. They were very friendly and helpful, especially Habib who went above and beyond to assist us. The service was top-notch and the staff even proposed services that we didn't expect, which was a pleasant surprise.
